Safety and health protection at the workplace


On 1 January 2000, the companies insured under the LAA will have met the requirements of the directive CFST (Federal Coordination Commission for Occupational Safety) on the use of occupational physicians and other specialists. These requirements are based on the law on accident insurance and the Ordinance on the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases (OPA).

De quoi s'agit-il ?

For preventive measures to be taken with reference to the requirements of the Directive is to be avoided throughout Switzerland accidents and illnesses in the workplace and thus save the economic and social costs.

How do the easiest way?

The FAMHdevelops a solution branch . The requirements of the Directives are met "in a centralized manner."
